PAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING STATUTORY FEES AND CHARGES ACCRUABLE TO THE FEDERAL HOUSING AUTHORITY (FHA) BY ALLOTTEES OF (FHA) ESTATES ACROSS NIGERIA
A. Management of Federal Housing Authority has noticed with dismay that some of the Allottees in the Authority's estates nationwide are in accumulated debts to our agency. This is despite the widow opened for the clearance of such debts during the verification, regularization, Re- validation and Recovery (VRRR) exercise embarked by the Authority in 2020.
B. In the light of the above, Management is calling on Allottees of Federal Housing Authority Estates throughout the country to settle/make payments of all outstanding charges accruable to the Authority in respect of their houses, and land allocation to pay on or before 60 days from the date of this publication.
C. The applicable fees and charges include:
- 1. Ground Rents.
- 2. Consent Fees.
- 3. Redevelopment Fees.
- 4. Alteration Fees.
- 5. Fencing and BQ Fees.
- 6. Change of Use (where applicable).
- 7. Plan Approval Fees.
The Management of the Federal Housing Authority will invoke relevant clauses in the letter of Allocation against defaulters.
