MD/CE, Hon Oyetunde Ojo commences the tour of North Central states.

....as the governors of Niger State, His Excellency Umar Bago, and Rev. Fr Alia of Benue State pledges to collaborate with FHA.

With the successful conclusion of the tour of South Western states, the Managing Director and Chief Executive, Hon Oyetunde Ojo, 20th March 2024, commenced visits to the North Central states with calls on the governors of Niger and Benue States.

The MD carried the same message of the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) on the need to provide affordable houses for Nigerians.

He also took the inclusive policy of management to consult with all the state governors for input before the Authority builds any house in the state. This, he said, was because the governors as custodians of land in their state are very key, with their deep knowledge of the people's culture and preferences that determine their choice of house types.

He noted that the days are gone when the Authority build houses that are not taken. The consultations Hon Ojo said would reduce enforce this and give the people the sense of ownership to FHA’s project being developed for them.

The Diasporians, the MD, said would not be left out as Diaspora estates that will meet their tastes would be built.
