Future Projects

The Authority’s mandate is the provision of affordable housing to all income groups across the entire nation. Special care has been taken to develop an action plan covering the period 2009-2013, for immediate implementation, the following locations were considered:

• Abesan 6 and 7, Lagos;
• Nasarawa;
• Lokoja;
• Katsina;
• Kebbi, Kebbi State
• New Town, Bwari, FCT.
• Diaspora Cities Project in Benin, Lagos, Enugu & Kano
• Festac Phase II Project -  Lagos

OTHER INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES

1. FHA Corporate Headquarters Abuja

The Authority has landed in the Central Business District of Abuja near the Central Mosque for the development of a commercial complex that will also accommodate the corporate headquarters. The development will be through a Public-Private Partnership arrangement with interested investors.
